Situation

Customer-facing data pipelines at a fast-growing technology company, where delays, gaps and inaccuracies reached customers directly.

What I did

Monitored the pipelines and traced issues to their causes. Wrote Python scripts to improve quality metrics for freshness, availability and platform health. Built 7+ operational dashboards so several teams could see issues and act on them.

What changed

  • Customer impact from data issues fell by more than 50%.

Executive reporting in a large, highly regulated financial-services company, drawing on data from 11 internal organizations.

What I did

Automated data-quality validation with Python and SQL. Found gaps in the pipelines behind four reports and added quality checks. As data steward for an executive report, set its standards, and helped build the data dictionary and business glossary.

What changed

  • Data-quality validation time fell 80%.

What I did

Turned customer pain points into the product roadmap. Launched an analytics engine that found the most common reasons for potential system failures. Improved ETL performance on the live time-series data. Led a cross-functional team of 13.

What changed

  • Onboarding capacity grew 10x, to more than 5,000 assets, within three years.
  • The recurring customer rate rose 70%.
  • Platform usability improved 40%.
  • Customers’ energy operations and maintenance use cases saw 25–40% better asset performance.
