Nitin Saini: long bio (about 120 words)

Nitin Saini is a data-operations leader based in New York who helps companies turn data from many outside sources into one dataset they can trust. He is Senior Director, Data at REalchemy. Before that he worked on customer-facing data pipelines at Compass, and on data quality and governance at USAA, where automation cut validation time by 80%. As co-founder of TrackSo, an IoT energy-data company, he scaled onboarding capacity tenfold to more than 5,000 assets. He began his career at Oracle Financial Services on data-quality frameworks for more than 25 Fortune 500 banks. He holds master's degrees from McDaniel College and the University of Connecticut, and an electrical engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering.
